WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment where gentle pressure is applied to your feet using a natural, organic balm. It can help in a number of ways including improve circulation, reduce stress, aid sleep and promote an overall sense of well-being.
Reflexology can help to promote a sense of balance and well-being, give you a chance to switch off from everyday stresses and encourage positive lifestyle changes. Reflexology appointments are available at times to suit you.
ABOUT BREATHE REFLEXOLOGY
After enjoying regular reflexology treatments whilst trying for both of my sons, during the pregnancies and in the run up to labour, I believe reflexology helped me enormously both mentally and physically. I felt so strongly about it that I decided to turn my passion into a career and train as a reflexologist at the prestigious London School of Reflexology. I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs and show you how reflexology can make an enormous difference to your health and wellbeing.
Reflexology is a gentle and deeply relaxing treatment to receive.
The first session will take slightly longer than an hour so we can go through a full medical history to identify any current areas for concern and to discuss your needs. Please note that all information will be kept confidential. After a warm foot soak you will relax on a comfortable reclining reflexology chair and be covered with a blanket. You will only need to remove your socks and shoes.
After the treatment you will be given water and I will then talk through the treatment and offer any aftercare advice if needed.
